My name is Robert Lindsley. My wife, Nancy, and I are real estate investors. Our company is Opal Capital, named after her birthstone.
We focus on multifamily properties in the New London, CT and Central Florida areas. Our method: find off-market properties that positively cashflow, buy below market value, and create substantial additional value upon purchase.
Before multifamily, my background was in video game production — starting in 1988 as a producer on the acclaimed King's Quest series, then going on to work on Xbox, Rock Band, Ghostbusters: The Video Game, and many others. Nearly 30 years managing technology budgets up to $100M taught me rigorous execution — a discipline we bring to every property.
